Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Pending product availability shipping preferences will be honored upon completion of item ordered. After credit card has cleared, please allow 2 - 4 weeks (most items will ship sooner) before shipping to allow time for embroidery, custom work or handcrafting. Select your shipping method accordingly. Shipping preferences (eg. 1 day, express and etc.) applies to shipping after products are personalized and/or created. Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes
Payment
Once your order has been received your credit card will not be charged until all fees associated with the shipping of your item(s) have been determined.
Return Policy
Sewphisticated Elegance assures product quality. However, these are custom products, make sure spelling, color and other options are correct. Because of this customization we cannot and do not allow for returns. We inspect each item before shipping.
